How to Start a ReturnTo request a return, you can contact us at shop@elaraivyco.com. Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. You’ll receive a prepaid return label (where applicable) and step-by-step instructions. Please do not ship returns without authorization - unauthorized items may be refused. |

RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected:
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. |
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or incorrect: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@elaraivyco.com. Include order number and clear photos of the issue(s). If verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at no cost. |
Late or Missing RefundIf you haven’t received your refund:
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@elaraivyco.com. |

European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. |
