Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Elara Ivy Co. We want you to love what you ordered, but we understand that sometimes a return is needed. 

Please read our policy below for details on returns, and refunds. 

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, accessories, etc.).
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return. These include:
    • Marked Final Sale or Clearance
    • Accessories under $20 (unless defective) 
    • Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear
    • Jewelry and select accessories 
    • Items purchased with a gift card

How to Start a Return

To request a return, you can contact us at shop@elaraivyco.com. Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. 

You’ll receive a prepaid return label (where applicable) and step-by-step instructions. 

Please do not ship returns without authorization - unauthorized items may be refused. 

Return Shipping

  • We offer prepaid return shipping within the United States on eligible returns. 
  • International returns may be paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3 to 10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@elaraivyco.com. 

Include order number and clear photos of the issue(s). If verified, we will issue a refund or replacement at no cost. 

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank/card account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us if still unresolved 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@elaraivyco.com. 

Policy Notes

  • We do not offer exchanges - place a new order if you want a different size or style.
  • Repeated excessive returns may be declined.
  • Policy applies to all purchases unless otherwise stated. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
