Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elara Ivy Co. Each order is carefully processed and shipped through our fulfillment partners. 

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after your order is placed. Processing includes:

  • Order verification 
  • Quality checks
  • Packaging and fulfillment coordination 

During peak periods or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. 

Shipping Time (After Processing)

Estimated delivery time after shipment is 5 to 18 business days (varies by destination).

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners:

  • Items in the same order may ship separately 
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers 
  • Packages may arrive on different days

This is normal for curated boutique fulfillment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Order weight
  • Order value
  • Current promotions (if applicable)

Free shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout when active.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Please allow 2-4 days for tracking to update after label creation.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect address
  • Packages sent to the wrong address provided at checkout

If an order is returned due to address error, reshipping fees apply.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • Holiday volume
  • Postal strikes or disruptions

We will always help you track and investigate delayed shipments.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked Delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages
  • Customers should check with neighbors and local carrier office
  • You may file a carrier claim - we will assist with documentation

International Orders - Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees

These are the customers' responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processing begins. If you contact is quickly after ordering, we will try - but cannot guarantee - cancellation.
